Revive IT being one of the market leaders in the IT recycling and data destruction industry believe it is our duty to self-regulate and benefit our communities within which we operate in.

We have an overall objective to become the sole market leader in the IT disposal and data destruction industry, impressing both our clients and competitors with professionalism, compliance and extensive attention to detail. We wish to influence and drive the IT recycling and data destruction sector into a fresh new creation of professionalism, data security and innovation.

As part of achieving our objective we wish to support and contribute to various sectors which we are affiliated with mainly focused around sustainability. Revive IT believes strongly in encouraging professionalism, training and education, investing in the youth of society, providing careers and using only the most sustainable technology available.

Basic standards of conduct:

We will conduct every aspect of our business with honesty, integrity and openness, respecting human rights and the interests of our employees, customers and third parties. We will respect the legitimate interests of third parties with whom we have dealings in the course of our business. Revive IT will also maintain the highest standards of integrity – for example, we will not promise more than we can reasonably deliver or make commitments we cannot or do not intend to keep.


Revive IT wish to excel into a new standard of professionalism encompassing all our business practices; this we will not compromise when aiming for our overall business objectives.

Changing our society:

In compliance with our equality and diversity policy, Revive IT encourages the successful promotion of youth in our society to bring a better future our way for the country as a whole. We aim to do this increasingly by offering paid education throughout progressive careers in the IT and recycling categories.

We work particularly hard to continue the success of our internal training programmes, which we have run since our inception and have continued to develop and adapt to changing markets. The premise behind our training programme is to take individuals with very little commercial experience and train them into roles across our business. We have been very successful with this programme with two thirds of our workforce having started as trainees.

Employee retention and stability:

At Revive IT we acknowledge that the foundation to our success is our employees. We have a far higher than average retention rate within our industry due to our holistic approach to managing our staff. Each member of staff has a structured training and development programme and personal development plan based on their individual requirements and aspirations. We mentor and encourage development and training, including (where appropriate) to meet recruitment industry standards and accreditations.

Sustainability and efficiency:

Revive IT is continually expanding and progressing due to the ever increasing demand for our services; whilst we do this we incorporate sustainability and efficiency into our plans to help counter the environmental concerns lurking around in this day and age.

Revive IT recognises and understands the importance of protecting the environment in which we operate. We are fully committed to minimising the impact that running our business has on the environment and we encourage our clients, suppliers and all other associates to do the same. Revive IT is aware that its business activities result in various environmental impacts and will comply with all relevant legislative, regulatory and other environmental requirements in order to act in a socially responsible manner. We will strive to continuously improve our environmental performance. Revive IT aims (amongst other things) to: 1. Minimise the use of natural resources; 2. Minimise the generation of waste and implement/promote recycling; 3. Minimise pollution and promote greener transport options; 4. Consider the environmental impact of any business decisions made; 5. Inform and encourage staff at all levels to act in an environmentally responsible manner and provide training where necessary; and 6. Encourage feedback from staff on improvements and feed these into the policy.

The proper way:

We will not offer, give, seek or receive, either directly or indirectly, inducements or other improper advantages for business or financial gain and no employee may offer, give, seek or receive any gift or payment which is, or could be construed as, such. If an employee is in any doubt as to whether he or she may accept an offer, that employee should discuss the issue with his or her manager and or Revive IT legal team. Revive IT accounting and other records and supporting documents must accurately describe and reflect the nature of the underlying transactions. No undisclosed or unrecorded account, fund or asset will be established or maintained. Revive IT will not facilitate, support, tolerate or condone any form of money laundering.
