Revive IT is in search of an experienced individual who is interested in taking on a challenging but exciting and rewarding role in a company which is rapidly expanding.
Revive IT recycle and remarket redundant IT hardware for organisations across the UK ensuring all clients receive a transparent and secure service when disposing of IT equipment.
The role will involve heading, expanding and leading a team of individuals responsible for:
·Sale of our service
Requirements of the position will be:
·Experience in leading and mentoring staff
·Experience in sales / lead management / marketing / customer service (Minimum 2 years in a sales team leader role required)
·An interest and drive towards lead management and conversion / customer service / sales / marketing
·Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
·Proven track record in a sales environment
·Excellent telephone manner to take in coming sales enquiries and make out going sales calls
·Strong negotiation skills to ensure KPIs are hit each month
·Ability to train staff in sales techniques and improve our customer service and conversion rates
This position has much potential for progression and development.
Starting basic salary depending on experience and ability but is negotiable (something around £20,000 to £30,000 per annum).
Commission, bonuses, rewards and overtime available.
Normal working hours will be 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
